In order to easy your accommodation necessities we have arranged some booking facilities with an Official Housing Agency, named GP Destination Management (belonging to Grupo Pacífico, a larger Company).

We have booked for your possible use, some rooms in several hotels in Barcelona, and some rooms in a University Residence. Note, that these rooms will be blocked until May 31st, 2008. After that date, we cannot guarantee neither the prices nor the availability of rooms in those hotels. Have in mind that Barcelona is a very touristic city all the year, and especially in summer time, like in July. We strongly suggest you to book the rooms for attending iEMSs 2008 Congress at your earliest convenience.

Students can apply for a University Residence room at a lower prices. There are a limited number of these kind of rooms. Have in mind that those rooms are exclusively intended for:

• Students, who has previously demonstrated their student status, with a corresponding document in the WCMT tool. So, before claiming for a University Residence room you MUST have supplied your student verification document in the WCMT.
• After having supplied your student verification documentation in the WCMT, you can proceed to book the residence room.
