Registration

Thank you very much for registering to participate in the 3PGCIC-2015 Conference.

Please confirm all the articles prior to your registration, then start the Registration at EDAS system following the link located at the bottom of this page.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the 3PGCIC-2015 Conference Organizers.

Paper Authors

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: SEPTEMBER 11th, 2015 (24:00h, CET).

Please note that it is mandatory that at least one of the paper authors pays the registration fee by the deadline above, otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference program and conference proceedings.

  • There is only one paper registration (no nultiple paper registration).
  • The number of pages is limited to 8 for one paper at the conference and up to 6 pages at other workshops.
  • Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged EUR100 per page
  • It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present each paper.

There is not any difference for Students and Professors. Each author should pay the full registration fee in order that the paper be published in Conference Proceedings and participate in all events.

Participants (Non-presenters)

Early registration deadline for participants: SEPTEMBER 11th, 2015 (24:00h, CET). If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Conference Organizers by e-mail at 3pgcic-2015-chairs@edas.info .

Please be reminded that the fee for students does not include a banquet ticket and a copy of the proceedings.

Registration Fees

Regular registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all conference and workshop sessions.
  • Participation in the welcome reception on November 4th, 2015.
  • Participation in the conference banquet on November 5th, 2015.
  • Lunches served at the conference venue
  • Coffee breaks served at the conference venue.
  • One copy of the conference proceedings.

Student registration fee includes:

  • Participation in the conference.
  • Participation in the reception on November 4th, 2015.
  • Lunches served at the conference venue.
  • Coffee breaks served at the conference venue.

This registration is only for the students who are not authors but want to participate in the conference. The students who are authors should pay the full registration fee.

Note: The proceedings will be provided only to conference participants. We will not send the proceedings by post after the conference.

Payment

Payment must be made in Euro by credit card or wire transfer through the EDAS registration system. Please note that your invoice will be issued in USD (US Dollars) because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. If you encounter any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at 3pgcic-2015-chairs@edas.info.

For wire transfers, please note that banking security regulations do not allow showing the account number on a public web page, but it is shown once you submit a wire transfer payment indication.

Issuance of Receipts

A receipt of your payment can be found in EDAS system. If you have any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at 3pgcic-2015-chairs@edas.info.

Cancellation Policy

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). However, a cancellation made by a presenter will be accepted with a written document sent to contact Conference Organizers at 3pgcic-2015-chairs@edas.info by August 8th at the latest.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance. Instructions For Payment and Registration in EDAS System

Payment types. Payment can be done by:

- Pay by Credit Card.

- Pay by Wire Transfer In this case, please keep in mind the following important notes:

  • BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE DISPLAYED TO YOU AFTER YOU START THE REGISTRATION AT EDAS (EDAS BANK ACCOUNT IS NOT SHOWN AT THE WEB BUT ONLY AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE WIRE TRANSFER REGISTRATION INFORMATION).
  • FOR TRANSFERS FROM EUROPE: Transfers from Europe may use the German EDAS account at VR-Bank Rhein-Erft.
  • INDICATE VERY CLEARLY THE CONFERENCE NAME, AUTHOR NAME REGISTERING THE PAPER, EDAS # OF THE PAPER.
  • SEND A SCAN PDF FILE OF THE WIRE TRANSFER to barolli@fit.ac.jp.

  • Click on the green icon below the Registration tab.
