Research Interests

I am member of the Theoretical Computer Science Group of the Department of Software. My current research areas of interest are:
  1. Design and analysis of Concurrent and Parallel Algorithms.
  2. Computational biology and bioinformatics

Projectes Fi de Carrera / Undergraduate students projects)<--

Amb els projectes que proposo, pretenc que l'estudiant, a més de complir amb els requisits especificats per la Facultat, s'apropi al mon de la recerca. Per tant aquests projectes van dirigits a aquells estudiants que els agradi investigar, o/i que pensin continuar amb els estudis de tercer cicle.

Les idees dels projectes surten de col.laboracions amb investigadors en bioinformàtica, biologia, química,.... A la pàgina de projectes de la FIB surten els projectes que ofereixo, però qui estigui realment interessat pot passar directament pel meu despatx.
